1

Every soul capable and willing to bear responsibility for himself or others may propose his favorite representatives. The same to every self responsible registered community.

2

The proposed candidates have to agree before they are all collected and sorted into the election lists by the number of their single or common propositions, which may be limited some how to prevent too long lists with hundreds or even more candidates.

3

Every soul has one vote.

Every registered community too shall elect her common favorite representant on her general assembly.

This vote is multiplied by the numbers of her self responsible and full members at the date of decision.

4

This procedure could and should strengthen the social spirit of the whole society and must be controlled some how of course to prevent abuse by our communities.
